  • We collaborate with top corporates like CK Birla Group, UpGrad, as well as esteemed educational institutions such as IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, and IIM Bangalore among others.
  • Our approach to emotional wellness involves Awareness, Training, and Individual Counseling, supporting our clients with awareness modules, self-help tools, counseling interventions, and diagnostic reporting.
  • Offerings include product-led engagement, Assessments, 24x7 Instant Connect With Qualified Therapists, Leadership Programs, and more, with a track record of counseling over 20 lakh Indians across 500+ clients.
What we want:
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join us as a key player in defining and implementing YourDOST's communications strategy to enhance brand presence and drive business growth.
  • This role requires creativity, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills for managing various communication channels such as PR/Media, Partnerships, Product, Social, Clients, and Employees.
  • We are a team of passionate problem solvers looking for a communication expert to elevate our strategy and lead us to new heights.
What you will do:
  • Brand Building focusing on Thought leadership content, PR/ Media, Online reputation management, and User community engagement.
  • Partnerships for expanding Reach, Credibility, Research, and Engagement.
  • Engagement oversight across organizational initiatives to align them with communication and branding guidelines.
  • Growth empowerment for Sales and marketing teams through targeted communication and brand building strategies.
Who can apply:
  • Minimum 2 years of content/ copywriting experience in startups (or agencies).
  • Knowledge or exposure to wellness/ psychology/ mental health domains.
  • Prior B2B marketing experience, preferably with companies engaging with corporates/HR stakeholders.
  • Experience in partnering with companies/ HR portals/ corporate influencers for strategic growth.
  • Strong written communication skills to collaborate with content teams for campaign development.
  • Available for a 3-month full-time commitment in the office, goal-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.
