Work cross functionally withinthe Anarock Channel Partner (ACP) vertical to communicate with allstakeholders in projects lifecycleNurturelongterm relationship with key stakeholders in Developer house andmaintain their contact databaseEnsure smoothonboarding of projects by collecting complete project informationas per given templateKeep updating projectinformation on a weekly basisKeep track ofall new project launches of the assigned Developers/micromarketsand onboard them on the ACPplatformNegotiate and extract best brokerageslabs from the assigned Developers/micromarketprojectsTieup with Developers for ACPplatformLiaison for timely brokerage payoutfrom DevelopersResolve customer leadconflicts with DevelopersAchievemonthly/quarterly/annual target of number of projects to beonboarded on the ACP technologyplatformExplain ACP tech platform featuresto the Developer and devise revenue streams other thanbrokerage
