What You'll Do

As a senior data analyst in the BCGX Delivery A&A team, you will collaborate closely with consulting teams on a diverse range of advanced analytics topics. You will have the chance to utilize analytical methodologies to deliver value to stakeholders by providing analytical and technical subject matter expertise and swift execution support. Your role will involve working with different teams to gather requirements, specify, design, develop, deliver, and maintain analytic solutions that meet the client's requirements. You will offer technical support by delving into relevant data analytics solutions and processes to construct high-quality and effective analytics solutions.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Delivering analysis and insights to case teams, usually taking charge of all or part of an analytics module while integrating with a case team.
  • Establishing credibility by collaborating with case teams on analytics matters and drawing conclusions on a variety of external and internal issues linked to your module.
  • Communicating analytical insights through sophisticated synthesis and presentation of results, including PPT slides and charts, to consultants, and incorporating case team learning and inputs into new best practices and methodologies.
  • Possessing extensive hands-on experience in at least one analytics topic or platform.
  • Implementing an analytical approach and producing defined outcomes, contributing to approach selection.
  • Communicating confidently and clearly: You will be an articulate and assured communicator, capable of conveying messages concisely with proficient written and verbal communication.
  • Thinking Analytically: You should excel in analytical solutions with practical experience in advanced analytics delivery throughout the analytics life cycle. Demonstrating robust analytics skills with the ability to develop and formalize knowledge and offer analytical guidance where needed.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in: Primary skills: Advanced Excel and VBA Secondary skills: UI Path (RPA), Power Apps, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python (ETL Pipeline & EDA)

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree (Computer Science, Data Science)
  • Proven track record as a Data Analyst focusing on specified tools and technologies.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience providing analytical solutions in a business environment.
  • Analytical reasoning and problem-solving involving mathematical programming and data challenges.
  • Ability to grasp requirements and proactively propose analytical solutions.
  • Paying close attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Continuous learning mentality to keep updated on emerging tools and technologies in the data analytics sphere.
  • Consulting experience is a valuable asset.

You will be under the supervision of a Data & Analytics Senior Manager - X Delivery and will collaborate with different teams on client projects.
