In this key role, you'll be developing new insights from the digital estate using a range of digital analytics tools to drive increased engagement and improved customer experienceYou'll be partnering with the Digital and relevant business areas, using data to deliver innovative solutions to meet our customer needs.This is an opportunity to act as a trusted adviser on any matters relating to digital data and help the bank deliver a best-in-class digital experienceWe're offering this role at vice president levelWhat you'll do As a Digital Analyst, you'll be defining and developing suitable metrics to ensure the digital business have a clear view of success. You'll also be undertaking detailed analysis of digital data to generate business intelligence. In addition, you'll be: Providing expert consultancy on strategies to reduce customer friction and improve funnel conversion rates across digital channelsUsing data to spot opportunities for optimisation campaigns and implementing using the appropriate programmes and toolsProviding the business with support to help it deliver on its ambition of ultra-personalised customer experiences across all journeysProviding formal training and informal coaching to support to stakeholders, with the aim of enabling self-service of analytical toolsThe skills you'll need We'll look to you to bring hands on experience with digital analytic tools and data platforms, along with significant relevant digital analytics experience, either agency or client side, with a proven track record of delivering improvements to digital customer experience through leveraging data and insights. You'll also demonstrate: Significant experience of delivering the optimisation of campaigns and large scale omni-channel personalisation programmesSignificant experience of managing, configuring and utilising a data management platform to optimise performance media spendA solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript or CSS and up to date digital industry knowledge and best practiceA good working knowledge of digital journey design and product process, as well as SEO and digital marketingThe ability to interpret complex business requirements and manage demands of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills, including the ability to present in senior forums and influence business decisions and stakeholders with the use of insight
