Overview / Purpose of the Job
Co-ordinate sales shipment logistics activities

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

  • SEZ online activities (export submitting, import submitting, DTA and Sample shipments
  • Coordinating with customs house agent for export, DTA and FOC
  • Arranging transportation, courier for sales shipment.
  • Documentation for foc shipments
  • Ewaybill (if needed)
  • Egm entry for all export shipments
  • Keeping record for dta shipments
  • Consignment clearance from customs gate
  • Arranging duty (sending mail to sales dept ) giving documents for cheque )
  • Customs clearance Taking permission from customs
  • Closing permit
  • Periodic visit to customs office for miscellaneous activities

Educational
Diploma in logistics

Work Experience
2-3 years

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge in MS Office, Typing skills, Willingness to work in shifts'

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
