What do you get to do?
In this role, you will play a crucial role in our customer marketing programs, collaborating with other teams such as global customer success & services, sales, sales enablement, demand generation marketing, product & solutions marketing, and design.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing and cultivating new customer advocates to share their experiences with the Whatfix brand through quotes, logo approvals, case studies, videos, 3rd party reviews on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights, events and webinars, sales reference calls, public relations (PR), analyst relations (AR), and social media efforts.

Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and promotion of customer stories, ensuring that the content is consistent and compelling.
Essential Responsibilities:

Drive the customer marketing programs listed above working with cross-functional teams Lead case studies and slide creation, highlighting customers' Whatfix stories Connect customers with prospective buyers during sales cycles Track and report on key success metrics

What you need to have/ bring to the table:

Qualifications/Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited university 5 years experience in marketing. Experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, and/or technology marketing a plus. Fluency in spoken and written English Desired Characteristics: Excellent public speaking, writing, and storytelling skills. Ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight timelines, while consistently delivering results. Ability to influence and drive objectives across global, regional, and functional teams to achieve outcomes. Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment Adept at creatively engaging and motivating customers with out-of-the-box thinking and innovative programs. Data-driven and creative, you employ creativity to try new things and are constantly learning and refining based on data and reporting. Attributes Strong collaborative skills Relentless focus on urgency in execution and problem-solving Comfortable with an ever-changing environment that requires you to be agile Keen level of interest/excitement to learn about new technologies Team player with a positive attitude
