  • To support in Annual budgeting, developing Plant policy and its deployment. Monitor plant performance parameters in order to ensure cost control and operational efficiency
  • Support in driving cost savings initiatives in the plant to improve employee engagement and promote innovation culture in the plant

  • To support in the preparation of Plant policy and its deployment in all departments to achieve business goals
  • Monitoring the plant performance parameters and ensuring the PDCA
  • Contribute in preparation of Annual Budget (Revenue & Capex)
  • Conduct defined audits in the plant to identify gaps and strengthen the improvement areas
  • To monitor the improvement projects progress and collaborate with stakeholders for required support.
  • To handhold colleagues for smooth adoption of excellence practices (TPM, ISO etc.)
  • Coordinating the Plant visit of the dignitaries

    Academic Qualification & Experience
  • To support in Annual budgeting, developing Plant policy and its deployment. Monitor plant performance parameters in order to ensure cost control and operational efficiency

    Technical Skills/Knowledge
  • Advancedlevel proficiency in M.S. Office suite (MS-Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS-Word), Basiclevel proficiency in MS-Projects
  • Intermediatelevel knowledge & proficiency in Quality Management Systems, TPM (Core Manufacturing Pillars), DWM, Problem solving tools, Kaizen, visual
  • Intermediatelevel knowledge about TQM, Policy Management
  • Intermediatelevel knowledge about HMCL manufacturing processes
    Behavioural Skills
