Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a well-known Events organization in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts, promoting our diverse range of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAE and beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the arts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's programs, events, and initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activations, including artist performances, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, artists, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
- Maintain and update website and online platforms with relevant content and information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with media relations activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and responses to media inquiries.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and communications team, including managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or arts administration, preferably in the cultural sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and website content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and a willingness to explore innovative marketing approaches.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred.
