Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Campaigns:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts, including content scheduling and engagement tracking.
  • Assist in SEO optimization and website content updates to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  1. Event Planning:
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Handle logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and promotional materials.
  1. Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various tools and software.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with all departments to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated and supported across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
