The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) unit at Fractal Analytics is deeply engaged in assisting Fortune 500 companies in unlocking the potential of their data using advanced AI/ML algorithms. We are seeking Data Scientists who possess the ability to independently work on statistical and machine learning research/projects. Location: Mumbai (hybrid work setup)

Role Objectives:

To oversee, facilitate, and enhance the Quality Management System, collaborating with Delivery teams to ensure process compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) following ISO 9001:2015 standards and organizational requirements.
  • Define processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists to streamline delivery and operations.
  • Identify areas for QMS enhancement and engage in projects to refine quality processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with overall business targets.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records and documentation related to quality activities.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of the QMS through audits.
  • Plan and oversee QMS releases.
  • Provide training on the Quality Management System across the organization.
  • Offer training sessions for delivery teams.
  • Implement updates to relevant Quality system artifacts and ensure the systems are up to date.
  • Manage Process Improvements and track suggestions to completion.
  • Conduct Process Induction sessions for new employees.

Experience:

Essential:

  • 2-4 years of relevant quality experience in a large IT service/Analytics organization.
  • Thorough understanding of quality management principles.
  • Hands-on experience in Software project audits using waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in Problem-Solving techniques (7 QC tools including Fishbone Analysis, Histogram, Pareto Analysis, etc.).
  • Project Management expertise (Risk Management, Change Management, Time Management, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively convey quality goals and expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in quality documentation.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits.
  • Familiarity with Quality Metrics for project evaluation.

Desired:

  • Experience in offering process consultancy for quality delivery processes implementation.
  • Managing external audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in BPM tools & Techniques.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Quantitative Project Management.
  • Understanding of CMMI framework.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
  • Proficiency in Statistical tools like Minitab.
  • Awareness of security compliances (e.g., ISO 27001).
  • Experience in developing and implementing Prediction Models.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, Excel, VBA, and Excel dashboards.
  • Experience in process automation (Internal audits, Risk, Project Management).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology (any specialization).
  • Post-graduation is a plus.
  • Certifications in total quality management, project management, statistical process control, six sigma, kaizen, agile, lean, or other methodologies are beneficial.
