About the department
Digital, Data & IT India comprises 900+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The primary focus of DD&IT India is to oversee IT operations, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, and Vendor Management. The Commercial DD&IT GBS department, as part of DD&IT India, is responsible for project delivery and system management for Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access teams. In DD&IT, we lead projects, manage crucial IT systems, services, and infrastructure used throughout Novo Nordisk's value chain.

The position
As a PMO/Executive Assistant, you will assist the head of IO DD&IT in Zurich and the Leadership team in executing management activities. Your responsibilities include:

  • Organizing Leadership meetings and ensuring progress on action points.
  • Monitoring vendor performance, interacting with the PA/EA community, and participating in Global DD&IT EA Forum meetings.
  • Developing strong relationships with regional DD&IT heads, IOSO DD&IT teams, Global DD&IT Teams, and GBS CDDIT teams.
  • Serving as the primary contact for IO DD&IT budgets, overseeing management cost centers and pools.
  • Coordinating with IOSO & GBS controllers for financial/budgeting and procurement processes, managing SLA, intercompany invoicing, and month-end reporting.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, we seek a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in IT.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, PMO, or Executive Assistant.
  • Outcome-driven, adaptable to change, and possessing outstanding communication skills.
  • Proactive, skilled at solving complex tasks, and a proficient team leader.
