We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Admissions Officer to join our Head Office team, specializing in Below-the-Line (BTL) activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively guide prospective families through the enrollment process while representing the head office.

Responsibilities:

As an Astt Manager - Business Deveopment at Makoons Play School Head Office, you will:

  • Develop and execute BTL strategies to create awareness about Makoons Play School and generate leads for potential new enrollments.
  • Coordinate and represent the Head Office in promotional events, open houses, and educational fairs, showcasing the quality of our educational environment and addressing any questions or concerns from parents.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing comprehensive information about our programs, curriculum, and admission process.
  • Evaluate and process admission applications, ensuring all required documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant data, admission decisions, and enrollment statistics.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and businesses to generate leads and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the school's management team and franchisees to identify and implement strategies for improving enrollment rates and overall student satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in early childhood education, as well as any changes to local and national education regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field; a background in early childhood education is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in admissions, BTL marketing, customer service, or a related field, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and effectively address the needs and concerns of prospective families.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or other database management systems.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting the mission and values of Makoons Play School.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and maintain current First Aid and CPR certifications.
