About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential candidates/students, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.


Who We AreWe are a bootstrap edtech startup, we provide career oriented programs to the students and provide them with the placement opportunities, matching them with the available jobs in the Industry.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the Student Enrollment to our programs and courses.
Counselling of students and become a partner in their career journey.

Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communicationLead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective studentsProvide guidance to students and parents on career decisions and explain course details,Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contactsEnsure CRM is up to date.

Ensure smooth student onboarding and program participation

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field1-3 years of experience in business development or sales in a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsStrong negotiation and closing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel for business purposesPreference - Immediate JoinerMost Important - You must be Self Driven, being a startup we dont have managers to drive you
