The company's IT product offerings include PC's, laptops, tablets, notebooks, smart phones, desktop, printers, wearables and accessories, solar energy products and lifestyle products such as gaming and consumer audio products. It is also a US $7.7 billion distribution and supply chain solutions provider to over 245+ international brands in IT and Mobility spaces, serving 35+ emerging markets. The company and its subsidiaries operate in India, the West Asia, Turkey, Africa and South Asia countries. They have sales offices in multiple locations in India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the company achieves its ambitious growth targets by driving qualified lead generation for all engaged BU and brands through telemarketing
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and lead nurturing plans to drive business growth throughout the year.
- Recruit, train, coach, develop motivated and a high-performing team to drive business objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to develop and execute effective prospecting and communication strategies, including call pitches and social media outreach.
- Manage and develop database for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring accuracy, logging of all communications, and attachment of necessary documents.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing management to develop and grow the opportunity pipeline in target regions.
- Assist in building a high-performing sales process, conduct analytics, and develop strategies to drive growth in new regions.
Candidate Requirement:
- Any post graudation, preferrably MBA from a leading or premium institution
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in driving high-performance Tele Demand Gen or business development teams preferably in a telemarketing/call centre setup.
- Proficient in utilizing Sales 2.0 technologies, such as ABM tools (6Sense, DemandBase, Bombora) Outreach, SalesLoft, Salesforce CRM, Database tools like Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, and other relevant tools, to drive prospecting, communication, and pipeline generation strategies.
