Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing manager who will be responsible for account-based marketing and paid advertising for this company across Google Ads, Social ads and other demand-gen channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing our paid accounts with a focus on ROI performance. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented contributor who always keeps a finger on the pulse of paid channel updates and has a track record of using data to make strategic optimizations.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategise, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads (incl. Search, Display & Youtube) & Linkedin Ads.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic criteria and collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with key decision-makers .

Requirements :

  • Oversee growth in performance campaigns to meet the brand's business goals and strategies.
  • Should have hands-on experience on managing landing pages, keyword plans, ad copies, display ads etc.
  • Should have extremely good analytical skills to figure out the signals in the campaigns and optimize the campaigns using these insights.
  • Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, quality score, placements, dynamic landing pages and measure their effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance & budget pacing on a day-to-day basis.
