Positions Available:
  • Chef
  • Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Develop new menu items and improve existing ones
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable restaurant
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts
  • Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and budget management
  • Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a reputable establishment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS) is a plus
