- The Competitive Intelligence Senior Analyst position at Cytiva is part of the Market Analytics Research team based in Bangalore and offers a Hybrid work model. Our vision at Cytiva is to drive the advancement of future therapeutic solutions from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Generate and effectively communicate timely Competitive Intelligence to bolster the development and implementation of Cytiva's strategies, including handling special projects on critical business aspects and facilitating competitor analysis.
- Establish yourself as the respected authority and advocate for at least one major competitor, staying proactive in monitoring and communicating their activities, such as strategies, mergers and acquisitions, advertising tactics, and recruitment patterns, while ensuring that foundational materials like baseline profiles are kept up to date.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of competitors within a designated business unit through personal learning initiatives and regular team collaborations.
- Assist the Competitive Intelligence team in tasks like vendor management and foundational CI activities, including maintaining newsletters and preparing competitor quarterly financial performance reviews as needed.
- The fundamental job requirements include:
- 6 years of experience in Secondary Research and/or Competitive Intelligence, with a solid comfort level in navigating a sophisticated and fast-paced Hi-Tech business environment.
- Capable of delivering thorough and precise work with meticulous attention to detail. A self-motivated individual with a quick learning curve and a proactive attitude.
- Enthusiastic about working in a global team environment and excelling in cross-functional collaboration.
- Masters in Life Sciences or Business.
