Senior Finance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Finance Ananlyst to support the Finance & Controlling Team in our Engineering Center in Hyderabad. The position takes care and leads all accounting processes, daily business transactions and ensures proper and accurate cash management as well as compliance with corporate accounting policies

Your Tasks

  • Oversee and Govern Accounting processes and policies in alignment with Corporate
  • Ensure all invoices, credit notes and payments are correctly authorized and processed
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing etc)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting referring to accounting
  • Resolve account discrepancies by investigating and taking counter measures.
  • Handle personnel accounting, payment of bills, salary/wages, PF/ESIC, Insurance policy renewals, travelling expenses, ad-hoc branch expense invoices
  • Maintain effective filing systems for all Accounts Payable reports and source documents
  • Support external & internal audits.
  • Timely & accurately local billing and follow up of outstanding recovery of clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Preferably CA
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc.
  • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
