  • Strong financial acumen to generate accurate reports for invoicing in collaboration with various internal teams
  • Ability to visualize report outcomes based on requirements shared and create a plan with timelines to generate the same
  • Understanding of employee recognition programs and how they bring value to companies

Education and other experience:

  • Graduate or MBA degree holder(full time)
  • 12 years of prior work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Understanding of design elements and Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
