Overview:The HumanResources Recruitment Specialist plays a crucial role inidentifying and acquiring top talent for the organization. Thisposition is vital in ensuring the companys staffing needs are metin a timely and efficient manner contributing to the overallsuccess and growth of the business.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement recruitment strategies to attract highqualitycandidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initialinterviews to assess candidatequalifications
  • Coordinate with hiring managersto understand staffing needs and jobrequirements
  • Utilize various sourcingtechniques to identify and engage potentialcandidates
  • Facilitate the entire recruitmentprocess from posting job ads to extendingoffers
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies andemployment laws throughout the recruitmentprocess
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline forcurrent and future staffing needs
  • Build andmaintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and jobboards
  • Conduct reference and background checkson potential candidates
  • Participate in jobfairs career events and other networking opportunities to attracttalent
  • Provide guidance and support to hiringmanagers in the selection process
  • Contribute tothe development of recruitment best practices andprocesses
  • Generate reports and metrics toevaluate recruitment effectiveness
  • Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices inrecruitment
  • Collaborate with the HR team onvarious talent acquisitioninitiatives
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven work experience as a RecruitmentSpecialist or similar role
  • Demonstratedexpertise in conducting interviews and evaluatingcandidates
  • Indepth understanding of recruitmentprocesses and techniques
  • Knowledge ofemployment laws and regulations
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities
  • Ability to managemultiple priorities in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitmentsoftware
  • High level of discretion andprofessionalism in handling confidentialinformation
  • Experience in employer branding andrecruitment marketing is a plus
  • Certificationsuch as PHR or SHRMCP is preferred
  • Proactiveand resultsoriented approach torecruitment
  • Team player with a collaborativeand flexible mindset
  • Ability to work withdiverse teams andcandidates
