**We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 0.5-1 years of experience in IT Recruitment.**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with HR manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Assist in the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Keka Hire will be added advantage.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0.5-1 years of experience in IT recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
