IT Recruiter

**IT Recruiter (1-2 Years Experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and using hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Shine ).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary: 25000 + Incentives**

**Work Timings : 9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
