JobDescription: We are looking for atalented Social Media Manager to administer our social mediaaccounts. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible fordeveloping implementing and managing our organizations social mediastrategy to enhance brand awareness drive engagement and fostercommunity growth. You will be managing multiple social mediaplatforms (Instagram FacebookQuora ) analyzing performance metrics andstaying abreast of industry trends to continually optimize ourdigitalpresence.

KeyResponsibilities:
  • Createand curate engaging content including graphics videos and writtenposts for various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram FacebookQuora).
  • Plan and execute exciting social mediacampaigns that drive user engagement andconversions.
  • Collaborate with influencers andpartners for cobrandedcampaigns.
  • Identifytarget audience segments and tailor content and messaging toresonate with each demographic.
  • Research andstay updated on emerging trends tools and best practices in socialmedia marketing.
  • Coordinate and maintain aneditorial calendar for regular posting to maximize reach andengagement.
  • Monitor and respond to audiencecomments messages and mentions in a timely and professionalmanner.
  • Develop and implement strategies toincrease follower growth and enhance organicreach.
  • Track and analyze key performancemetrics such as reach engagement clickthrough rates andconversions.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks formeasuring the impact of social media programs and analyze reviewand report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort tomaximizeresults.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in any field or an MBA with a focus on DigitalMarketing.
  • Proven experience (atleast 3 years ) in a social media management role orsimilar position.
  • Proven track record ofplanning and executing successful content strategies and campaignsfor brand growth.
  • Exceptional copywritingskills with a keen eye for detail andcreativity.
  • Proficiency in data analytics toolsto interpret social media metrics and derive actionableinsights.
  • Indepth knowledge of social mediaplatforms and their algorithms.
  • Experience withCanva or similar social media management tools is aplus
  • Proficiency in graphic design and videoediting software is a plus.
  • Understanding ofSEO and web trafficmetrics.
