Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Studio APS India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, communication, content strategy, social media optimization (SMO), and writing. They will work closely with the team to create engaging and compelling social media content.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies for social media
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to create engaging and compelling social media content
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Experience with graphic design & PPC is a plus
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly, fostering a positive community and addressing customer inquiries.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics).
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and optimized for each platform.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Optimize marketing funnels to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze social media and digital marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for improvement.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine campaign strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media and digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
