On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019.
The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.Our mission:

What you'll do:
Team noon comprises some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
As a Talent Coordinator, you will actively support hiring projects to help the business achieve commercial plans & targets for noon minutes in UAE.
Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.
Manage our internal recruitment processes from start to finish, collaborating with the operations and wider People team.
Conduct research to identify new avenues to source talent.
Build and manage projects on .Manage administrative tasks such as updating hiring trackers & feedback forms.
Draft Job Descriptions for the business.
Schedule hiring days & drives across multiple countries.
Manage the talent database, including contact information and skill lists of applicants and potential future applicantMaintain hiring data and dashboards for business reporting.
What you'll need:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar roleExperience recruiting for fleet, rider or operation roles.
Previous experience either working for or managing 3P manpower provider is desirable.
Previous experience dealing with high volume recruitment targets either internally or with an agencyExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong bias for action.
Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple prioritiesEnd-to-end recruitment process knowledgeWho will excel?We're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters. You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
