Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers for Cratoflow.

This position involves creating and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Potential Leads:
Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and key decision-makers who can benefit from Cratoflow.

Develop and Implement Email Campaigns:
Create and execute effective email campaigns to attract potential clients. Craft personalized and compelling emails to engage prospects and drive interest in our offerings.

Engage with Prospects:
Reach out to potential leads through personalized communication to nurture relationships and provide relevant information about offering.

Qualify Leads:
Evaluate and prioritize leads based on specific criteria to ensure high-quality prospects for the sales team.

Collaborate with Sales Team:


Work closely with the sales team for a seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide insights to refine lead generation strategies.


Track and Report on Activities:


Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, reporting on key metrics and using CRM systems to track lead progress.


Continuous Learning and Improvement:


Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation and the SaaS industry, continuously refining tactics for improved results.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes.
Expertise in developing and executing email campaigns.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems like HubSpot.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
