Lead Generation Specialist - IT Services Sales

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads and driving sales for IT services, particularly in software, technology, and KPO sectors.

The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications, have a functional understanding of Salesforce or a similar CRM tool, and be able to work in the US Eastern Time zone, specifically during the hours of 5 pm to 2 am.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for IT services sales through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects across various verticals within the IT services industry.
  • Profile and qualify prospects based on role, designation, service line, industry, geography, revenue, and employee strength.
  • Conduct extensive and meticulous secondary research on companies and individuals using tools such as LinkedIn, Tech Crunch, Bloomberg, and others.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities and track progress using a CRM tool.
  • Continuously update and maintain a database of potential clients and leads.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to identify and engage with new prospects.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with prospects and clients.

Secondary Skill Set:

  • Previous experience in business development or technology sales for IT services companies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
