Job DescriptionWhat you get to do in this role:Manage product development activitiesWork with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutionsManage daily activities of the development teamSolve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problemsManage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you have:8+ years of experience with technologies relevant to SN and advanced coding skillsExperience with open source tools and agile development environmentsFluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)An understanding of broad concepts and experience using those concepts to understand and develop solutions for problemsAbility to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomesImplementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructureSetting up tools and required infrastructureDefining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operationMonitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimising the wastageIdentifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk managementCoordination and communication within the team and with customersSelecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools.
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipelines).Must be strong knowledge on Jenkins, Jenkins pipeline, yaml script, AWS, EKS, S3, EC2, Power shell, shell script, Nexus, Rancher, JenkinsFile, MultiPipeline
