Job Summary/Objective:

We are in search of a seasoned Architect with a solid backend development background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Python, Java, and Spring Boot, along with expertise in cloud technologies (specifically GCP), DevOps methodologies, and database management. Proficiency in front-end development will be an added advantage.

This role entails leading architectural design, supervising backend development, and offering technical direction on intricate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architectural design and development of backend systems using Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient cloud solutions on platforms such as GCP.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Advocate DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization.
- Independently oversee and deliver multiple complex projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Apply profound technical expertise to tackle industry-specific challenges.
- Employ various database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and database modeling, to devise and maintain data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide technical guidance to developers. Proficiency in front-end development is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Profound knowledge in cloud technologies, particularly in GCP.
- Extensive experience in Architecting Applications on the cloud.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud infrastructure management and optimization.
- Front-end development skills and experience (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Track record of effectively managing and delivering complex projects autonomously.
- Diverse industry experience is highly valued.
- Proficiency in various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
