We work with some of the marquee brands across India, US and APAC to build transformative solutions for Credit Risk, Fraud, Predictive Maintenance, Quality Inspection, Data lake, IOT analytics etc. Our team comprises 120+ professionals across Machine Learning, Data Engineering & Cloud expertise.

Job Summary/Objective :

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect with a strong background in backend development to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot, with expertise in cloud technologies (GCP ), DevOps practices, and database management.

Front-end development experience is a valuable asset.

This role involves leading architectural design, overseeing backend development, and providing technical guidance on complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architectural design and development of backend systems using Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot.


- Architect and implement scalable and efficient cloud solutions on platforms such as GCP.

- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.


- Champion DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization.

- Independently lead and deliver multiple complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.


- Apply deep technical knowledge and experience to solve industry-specific challenges.

- Utilize a range of database technologies, including SQL, NoSQL, and database modeling, to design and maintain data storage solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to developers. Front-end development skills are an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred).


- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot.

- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies, with experience in GCP

- Must of experience in Architecting Application on cloud

- Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and optimization.

- Front-end development skills and experience (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus.


- Proven expertise in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).


- Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects independently.


- Diverse industry experience is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL.


- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Personal Skills :

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations and work in a high-pressure environment.


- Demonstrate strong ownership & commitment to the cause of customer success.

- A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and the ability to lead
