Business Performance Manager (non-financial) (Expat – Dubai)

This fantastic opportunity is for a seasoned Executive with over 16 years of experience in HR and Business Excellence, based in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE. The company boasts a remarkable and diverse portfolio across various sectors including Property Development, Data Centres, Retail and Fashion, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Logistics.

This position directly reports to the Chairman and Directors, offering a chance to work closely with top leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing KRA and KPI to drive the ambition of Top Management.
  • Implementing a Performance Management framework and strategy.
  • Driving operational excellence by monitoring key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to align with objectives.
  • Strategic Performance Management by aligning organizational goals with strategic priorities and tracking performance against long-term targets.
  • Leading change initiatives as the company undergoes diversification, modernization, and expansion.
  • Developing Scorecards for each KRA/KPI, monitoring performance, and providing reports to top management.
  • Establishing scorecards for C-Suite executives and aligning them with individual levels.
  • Monitoring the performance of senior talent within the organization.
  • Setting realistic strategic objectives and planning necessary strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Creating tools to streamline job evaluation processes, including appraisals, manpower planning, and employee development.
  • Leveraging data-driven techniques in Performance Management.
  • Providing real-time updates on KPIs, tracking performance data regularly and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Regular reporting on functional performance, focusing on KPA relevance, cost per hire, and offer acceptance ratio.
  • Documenting, streamlining, redesigning, and implementing Performance Reward Practices group-wide.
  • Aligning bonuses and appraisals with performance strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc).
  • Minimum of 16 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in large-scale dashboarding, reporting, automation, data governance, and business performance analytics.
  • Experience with tools such as Power Bi, Cascade, SAP.
  • PMP certification would be advantageous.
  • Lean Sigma 6 certification is a plus.
