In less than four years, we've sold over 3 million products worldwide, including Phone (1), which was listed on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022 for Innovative Smartphone Design. In 2023, we released two second-generation products: the powerful audio companion Ear (2) and the highly anticipated Phone (2), marking our US debut.
We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation.
A few weeks later in April 2024, we welcomed our new audio line-up. Introducing Ear, our best-ever audio experience, and Ear (a); the brightest, most vivid new member of the Nothing family.

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Marketing who will be responsible for planning and executing key marketing campaigns as well as managing product marketing and category.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (website, social media, email, etc.), print, and events Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve return on investment (ROI) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies and techniques Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as neededWhat we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a premier B school is preferred. 10+ years of work experience in Project management, Category, and Product marketing in the mobile industry, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and results is a must Experience working on technology/smartphones with E-comm partners like Flipkart Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing Robust understanding of the different marketing channels and functions Strong project management skills and prior experience in working on platforms. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time Leadership skills and experience in team management Enjoys the hustle of a startup-
