The Job Role:

As an Office 365 Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and administration for our Office 365 environment, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Exchange. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Office 365 ecosystem, implementing security policies, and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Office 365 administration and a strong understanding of mail flow and best practices related to Exchange and mail relays.

Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Apps: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring they are up to date and properly configured for users

Administer and maintain Office 365 environment, ensuring high availability and performance.

Administer and maintain the mail replay infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.

Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures and policies within Office 365 to protect data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.

User Support: Provide top-notch support and training to end-users, ensuring they can maximize the benefits of Office 365 and collaboration tools

Automation: Utilize scripting and automation tools to automate routine tasks and enhance the efficiency of Office 365 administration.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Office 365 features, updates, and best practices.

Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Office 365 administration and support.

Solid understanding of Office 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Exchange.

Experience implementing and enforcing security policies within Office 365 environment.

Proficiency in managing mail flow and mail relays in Exchange.

Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work on CET timezone

Fluent English is mandatory.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate) are a plus.
