Position Summary:

Ocularity Analytics is in search of an experienced Performance Specialist to spearhead performance marketing strategies that redefine digital marketing, spanning from email marketing to programmatic advertising. This role involves guiding clients on social approaches, devising innovative marketing campaigns, and demands individuals with a creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet, and adeptly manage multiple projects, translating marketing goals into comprehensive strategies and overseeing campaigns from inception to completion.

In addition to excelling in performance marketing, candidates must demonstrate proficiency across the marketing spectrum, including brand and media planning. The Performance Specialist will collaborate across departments within the organization's PERFORMANCE Division.

Job Duties (Other Duties as Assigned):

  • Manage daily account activities on search engines and social platforms
  • Optimize various email marketing campaigns
  • Take full ownership of driving traffic and meeting customer acquisition goals

· Oversee web analytics and highlight critical areas to align with client objectives

· Develop and execute performance marketing strategies

  • Create and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Allocate budgets across Paid channels for optimal ROI and customer acquisition cost
  • Collaborate with content marketers and designers to craft necessary campaign assets
  • Engage with the CEO to share ideas and results for funnel conversion enhancement
  • Innovate approaches to media channels and audience engagement
  • Provide expertise in consumer behavior, media trends, and performance measurement
  • Ensure service excellence across all departments
  • Contribute to customer-centric values within the Marketing + Sales team

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certifications):

  • 2-3 years experience in performance marketing/digital marketing, ideally in a creative agency
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising landscape is advantageous
  • Strong grasp of online media dynamics
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively
  • Experience in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in balancing teamwork and individual project ownership
  • Submission of media buying/email marketing portfolio is encouraged
