Customer Project Execution - APAC >


Installation & CommissioningAPAC Site Support Department provides technical, operational and systems support to all APAC Construction stakeholders, including Site Operations/Management, Project Management, Bid Management, Procurement and sales.

ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day system supportLead and coordinate system training sessions in collaboration with global SME's and sub-regional trainersMeet and work closely with Global teams for system execution, optimization & managementImplementation and management of new system initiatives across APACBusiness systems utilisation reporting to Senior ManagementProvide clear direction for Vestas site personalMaintain a good working relationship with internal stakeholdersSupport all operational stakeholders across the APAC region (e.g., Sales, bid and sourcing department)Supports the business case creation, validation, and escalation of solution development and upgrades associated with Construction systemsManage all system business support tickets for APAC (Procore & Site Pro), including set up of new projects and user assignments to required projects (internal and external).Be the point of contact for Global construction interphases (Construction systems such as Procor & Site Pro etc.)Management and implementation of product updates and engineering solution which incl.

Tools, Material and products (internal or external)Support in compiling internal and external reports to communicate improvementsAnalyze, manage and drive continued improvement throughout our systemsBe the escalation point for all APAC Construction systemsQualificationsAny Bachelor's / Master's DegreeMinimum 8 years' experience in a similar positionProfessional methodical and problem-solving skills; ability to develop clear and repeatable solutions to complex problems and use sound judgment in choicesExperience in providing systems administrative and technical supportAdvanced IT skills, user of MS Office, ERP (SAP) and exposure to construction specific software programs (Procore & Site Pro)Preferably first experience in people management, alternatively strong interest in itCost awareness and customer orientationPeople management within a major project portfolio environmentDeveloped and implementation of best practice systems and proceduresDeveloped and supplied system usage and efficiency reportsExperience in high pressure situations in major construction management environmentCompetenciesDemonstrated continuous improvement and analytical skillsValid driver's license, passport and ability to travel as needed to meet business objectivesExcellent English communications skillsUnderstanding and intermediate user of MS Office, ERP (SAP) and exposure to construction specific software programs (Procore & Site Pro)Understanding of construction operationsGood professional Verbal communication skillsAble to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersEffective decision makingContinual system improvementWhat We OfferWe offer a very exciting job in a progressive and growing support department focusing on reaching high-quality results.
