We are a startup within the RPSG ecosystem aiming to become a global player in the modern Ayurvedic wellness space.
We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya's. Our immediate objective for the next 12-15 months is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe.After that, we plan to blitz scale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 3-4 years of launch.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution.
We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey.
The ideal candidate should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.
Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources.
We have stable funding backed by one of India's largest business houses with a $7Bn asset base and an unrivaled track record of profitable growth.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Design & implement digital marketing communications for Traffic, new user acquisition, return on AD spends
- Developing roadmaps to ensure ecommerce portfolio is executed well.
- Tracking and monitoring performance for all digital content projects, utilizing web analytics to improve business performance.
- Research and discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
- Managing digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media
- Maximizing sales across the company's online product range.
- Ensuring that the website delivers a great customer experience; ensuring content is engaging
- Liaising with the inventory and purchasing teams for newly available stock to advertise
- Working with brand teams to digitally propagate brand creatives in the best manner to achieve results.
Experience & Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in ecommerce/D2C roles with P&L responsibility.
- MBA preferred from Tier 1/2 Institutes.
- Proven track record of success in revenue leadership roles within the Ayurveda, wellness, or related industries. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability.
- Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
