JOB DESCRIPTION:


As a New Business Develoment specialist, you shall be responsible for prospecting and building relations with new clients, with the goal of converting them for retainer level projects, for Alchemist's digital communication offering.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Write business plan to determine which kinds of clients we will be able to add value to
  • Prospecting clients who match with Alchemist Dotwise offering
  • Understanding their business goals, and leading the digital narrative to find value match
  • Write pitch strategy by collaborating with the product and creative teams
  • Revenue and business understanding
  • Convert business based on goals

Qualifications:
-5-7 years of experience in digital agencies in a new business development role

  • Demonstrated experience of sourcing and converting new retainer accounts for that agency
  • Client relations and networking
  • Digital communications strategy
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
