Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.
Office Management:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus.

Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.

Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
