Front Office Receptionist

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Manage staff attendance registers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle client inquiries and provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and interact with followers to promote brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a professional office setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in social media management is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and visitors.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
