**Position Overview**:
The Sales Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory levels. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies, manage office equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Freshers also can apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
