- 7+ years of senior sales management experience
- Proven successful track record in Enterprise sales (Fortune 100)
- Experience scaling Enterprise SaaS startups to $10M+ ARR
- Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officers
- Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days per week
- Results-driven, strategic, ownership mentality
- Values honesty and transparency
- Presentable
- 7+ years of VP of Sales experience in startups
- Proven successful track record of scaling Enterprise SaaS startups to $30M-$50M ARR
- Data Security, Data Privacy Governance sales background
