Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Key Account Sales Specialist. The Key Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing key accounts, analyzing sales data, communicating with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve sales activities such as prospecting, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Origination
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Packaging / Essentials to HoReCa Industry
  • Industry knowledge and application knowledge

Essential Responsibilities

  • Understanding the client's concerns, challenges and delivering solution to address those concerns.
  • Develop healthy opportunities, connect with customer and provide the right solution to customer
  • Sell values to customer not merely product. Defines ROI model to customer
  • Always Looking for new and innovative opportunities to promote Paras Polymers and keep track of market trends, new packaging solutions and competition strategy.
  • Maintain and update the market search and sales reports.
  • Development of sales with existing customers by handling new enquiries and negotiation.
  • Regular visits to potential customers and maintain the relationships with them. (Upsell)
  • Responsible to ensure timely dispatch/execution of customer orders, providing customer support and service after sales.
  • Responsible for assisting Management in planning, selling products and coordinating the promotional events and campaigns or connect with the right customer.
  • Be responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
  • Maintains all records relates to payment, dispatches, and customer communications
  • Connect with all senior stake holders across HoReCa customers and do portfolio sale.
  • Deliver the growth in Packaging segment by targeting key deals every year
  • He should drive growth in the region through credible pipeline of differentiated opportunities
  • Ability and willingness to travel 15 days a month
