Job Summary:


Seeking a motivated Wastewater Treatment Sales Manager with 4-5 years of sales experience and strong technical knowledge in wastewater treatment.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Industry Knowledge:
Understand water and wastewater industry processes, technologies, and trends.
Stay updated on advancements in water treatment, ETP, and STP.
2)

Proposal Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive proposals for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
Tailor proposals to client requirements, considering technical and budgetary needs.
3)

Culture Media Selling:
Familiar with culture media and related products for water testing and analysis.
Develop strategies to market and sell culture media effectively.
4)

Lead Generation and Sales:
Proactively generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, aiming to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
5)

Technical Assistance:
Deep understanding of ETP and STP processes.
Communicate technical details and provide tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
4-5 years of sales experience in the wastewater treatment industry.
Strong technical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
Proven sales track record.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Willingness to travel as required.
