Responsibilities:

Managing sales target, receivables and develop Polyurethane business in Western India. Ensure to achieve the annual / monthly sales and gross margin targets. Manage distributor and work with them to grow the sales and collect payments. Visit potential / existing consumers to understand their requirements / resolve their queries on need basis. Plan introduction of new technologies to improve market effectivity and product line management. Participate in the department's monthly business reviews and share necessary market inputs and updates with the management Communicate with target customer and managing customer relationships. Monitor competitor activity. Conduct product trials, evaluate customer benefits delivered leading to new business development. Working experience in car seat manufacturing process or Polyurethane processing plant will be an added advantage

Qualifications:

Graduate in Engineering/Science in Chemistry with 4 to 6 years of experience in a Multi National Company. Knowledge on Polyurethane processing and manufacturing - preferred Experience in sales/ techno commercial of Specialty Chemicals is preferred
