Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Zoho Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Zoho One suite, ensuring its effective utilization across various departments.


Job Location - Pune/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and Optimize Zoho Applications:
  • Manage user accounts, security settings, and data governance within

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot potential issues.
  • Conduct regular data backups and audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Enhance User Experience:
  • Collaborate with teams to understand needs and implement
solutions through customizations and basic workflows

improve efficiency.

  • Create and manage user roles, profiles, and permissions within

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Zoho Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new Zoho features and functionalities.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
