Position Overview:

Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing strategies forward. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing various online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and boost customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in PPC advertising, implementation of GTM strategies, and email marketing automation.

Experience Required: 4 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

PPC Advertising:

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms and social media channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, onboard new users, and drive customer retention.
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant criteria.
  • Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product updates.

Go-to-Market Strategy Implementation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
  • Execute Go-to-Market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Generate insightful reports to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement based on data analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (4 to 8 years) in PPC campaign management, with a strong track record of driving results and optimizing performance.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, including keyword research, bid management, and ad targeting.
  • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for SAAS products, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
