Role Overview:

We are in search of a motivated Marketing Manager to drive and optimize our B2C sales strategy through online channels. This role involves creating and implementing marketing campaigns, enhancing online sales, and fostering brand growth. Ideal candidates should possess a solid background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and a profound understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and execute comprehensive plans to boost B2C sales through online platforms.
    • Identify target audiences and customize campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage Online Sales Channels:
    • Optimize performance on platforms like Amazon, Nyka, Jio, and the JiViSa website.
    • Analyze sales data to spot trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Strategize and execute campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
    • Use analytics tools to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Work with the creative team to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns and product launches.
    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention:
    • Enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through strategic initiatives.
    • Handle customer reviews and feedback to enhance products and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and oversee the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
    • Optimize spending across campaigns and channels while monitoring expenses.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
    • Provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
