Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a motivated female professional to spearhead our B2C and online sales strategies across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
  • Create and execute detailed plans to boost B2C sales via online channels.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns for optimal engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage Online Sales Channels:
  • Supervise and enhance performance on platforms like Amazon, Nyka, Jio, and our website.
  • Analyze sales data to spot trends and enhance opportunities.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan and execute diverse campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and collaborations with influencers.
  • Use analytics tools to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Work with the creative team to create engaging content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention:
  • Implement strategies to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Handle customer feedback to enhance product offerings and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Keep an eye on expenses and optimize spending across campaigns and channels.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and consumer preferences.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for product development and marketing strategies.
