Role Overview:
We are in search of a driven Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our B2C sales strategies on online platforms. The role involves developing and implementing marketing campaigns, optimizing online sales channels, and fostering brand growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and a profound understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to boost B2C sales growth online.
    • Identify target audiences and customize marketing campaigns for maximum engagement and conversions.
  • Manage Online Sales Channels:
    • Supervise and enhance performance on platforms like Amazon, Nyka, Jio, and the JiViSa website.
    • Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media ads, and collaborations with influencers.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Work with the creative team to craft engaging content for online marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention:
    • Implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
    • Handle customer reviews and feedback to enhance product offerings and satisfaction.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Track expenses and optimize spending across different campaigns and channels.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
    • Offer insights and recommendations to guide product development and marketing strategies.
