  • Candidate Profile:
  • MBA in Marketing/ International Marketing/ sales from a reputable institute.
  • 17-20 years of experience in garment exports industry in a similar role with a successful track record of at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership position.
  • Minimum 10 years of International Marketing experience.
  • Adept with P & L management.
  • Experience in UK/European and US markets is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital and marketing terminologies.

Job Description:

  • Building brand awareness through an effective marketing plan.
  • Developing and reviewing the marketing budget.
  • Setting monthly/yearly targets and analyzing performance with improvement plans.
  • Monitoring marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Building industry-specific campaigns and utilizing marketing automation tools.
  • Integrating competitive intelligence into marketing strategies.
  • Utilizing social media strategies, content posting, and advertising for market advantage.
  • Understanding buyer/customer requirements for customized marketing plans.
  • Listening on social platforms for actionable intelligence.
  • Maintaining brand voice across digital and social media platforms.
  • Researching market trends and web analytics for new market outreach.
  • Linking marketing activities to revenue and maximizing ROI.
  • Tracking key marketing metrics for actionable insights.
  • Overseeing marketing department growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Managing compliance with trade regulations and quality standards.
  • Establishing and managing distribution channels in international markets.
  • Building strong relationships with international clients and accelerating sales growth.
  • Developing a high-performing team through mentorship and guidance.
  • Collaborating with product development for sustainable growth.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, organized, and creative.
  • Skills in team building, persuasion, analytics, change management, and collaboration.
